I know...it makes no sense. Which is why the convenience of having dependable local businesses is so highly celebrated here in NH. And that's where Vitalii comes in. So, Vitalii is actually a man. One guy, that I know of...who has claimed a business here on Yelp in his own namesake. Turns out, he is Ukrainian, which is a bonus for those of us who want to show our support for Ukraine. Whilst English may not be his first language, that doesn't stop him from performing his tasks to the utmost professional level. You see, I have a gas dryer which I am in the process of replacing at the time of writing this review. Only problem is...the gas line running to the dryer must be disconnected before anyone can haul it away. Since a lot of places won't touch a gas line with a 40 foot pole without proper licensing and/or the temerity to license their own employees to do so, I had to once again scour the four corners of Yelp to locate someone that could. 10 minutes later (just as advertised), Vitalii responded to my query with a quickness that exceeds even that of The Flash's bombing at the box office (too soon?). His task was to disconnect the gas line from my broken-ass dryer and cap the open lines thereafter. He completed all of this within the same amount of time that it took to answer my query. AND....he was able to arrive on the same day of said request. It's worth mentioning that I had originally been given a much longer ETA (of about 2 weeks) from a competing company I normally do business with; hence my hasty search. Not to mention the 75 bucks I just saved going through a smaller repair shop. That's it! Job well done, in and out, just the way it should be. I have zero complaints about this guy. And I am giving Vitalii 5 very relieved households about to receive a brand new electric dryer out of 5!

Voicemails upon voicemails to several companies and local plumbers. We were fairly new to the home and area and did not establish any plumbing service with anyone. Some companies were only responding to established customers first. We found several people on social media (FB) had recommended David's Plumbing on local community pages. We gave it a try. He picked up but you can tell he was moving from job site to job site. He squeezed in a visit to our home that same day in the early afternoon. The pipe ran along a very poorly insulated and tight crawl space. In about an hour, the pipe was repaired. He released the air and pressure from the entire system. He examined the basement and the system. He tested and ensured all worked properly. David was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up in his company vehicle with everything needed to complete the job on site. We found his rate to be extremely reasonable given the repair, the location of the burst-pipe, and the same-day service call. Usually I would do these relatively simple tasks myself, but I had a busy work week. I used Yelp to reach out to all the local services that had 4 stars or higher. William was quick to respond. A few text messages here and there, and we made an appointment for the next morning. Now, I wasn't there at the time, but coming home I could see it was well done. My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service! Communications: 10/10 - Extremely fast to respond and kept me up-to-date while I was at work Price: 8/10 - Competitively priced for the area. Replacement costs ranged from $165 - $300.
