We both have had problems with our piercings healing but I soon took my industrial out because the bar was too big for my ear ( I have small ears) and I was getting a bump like keloid on the top of my ear . Instead of telling me my ear didn't fit the anatomy for an industrial, they just took my money . Honestly I wouldn't go back here again it seems like they don't really know what they're doing , they just want money at what ever cost even if the piercing doesn't look right in someone's ear .
