The next time I tried to come in was because I have 2 coupons for $50 off. I had to come in for a consult and I was not told it was cash only for deposits, was not informed of the ATM either. So I came back to pay and found out they were cash only and was not informed of an ATM onsite. When I messaged the artist she was combative and made me uncomfortable. Situation was handled unprofessionally, I have 2 $50 off coupons if anyone wants them I will not be using them.

We had a 12pm appointment and were on time. There is a bit of paperwork needed and another couple arrived right before us. Brian took care of my wife. He did one of her other tattoos. She has gotten all of her tattoos here. He took her in around 1215pm. Ambiance is a tattoo parlor. Samples of the artist's work are hanging all around. I sat in a comfy leather couch while I waited. Stephen did an amazing job with both of my fine line tattoos. They were exactly what I wanted and pictured. He offered multiple different sizes and let me look to see which one I wanted. I also changed placement for each tattoo a couple of times, unsure of where to get them. Stephen was VERY kind and patient with me throughout. Overall, this place gives nothing but good vibes. I decided to give Philadelphia concierge a try. I was coming up from DC and travel often. We…read moredecided to bring my family along this trip to make a little get away of it. I used the concierge after seeing them online to make life a little easier for me and the kids. We didn't have to book the hotel, we even decided to get an Airbnb for bigger space- they did that as well. They did the grocery shopping for the week, arrange all of our driving services, they even managed to get Utley (our dog) groomed for us while there. I'm definitely a numbers guy and I would say for the week it saved us roughly 8 hours using the service. In my case, the premium price was worth it to be able to spend that extra time with my wife and our children doing more fun stuff.
