The shop is upstairs and arranged like an apartment. It was so clean and it was cool that I didn't have to think about if other people were going to walk in while she was working. She had music related to my tattoo playing when I came in, and she couldn't have done more to make me feel comfortable. And that doesn't even cover how much I love my new tattoo. She was really flexible with my needs throughout the process, made me feel so comfortable. It was two hours and it flew by because she's so easy to talk to! Had a hell of a time trying to find someone willing to do my sternum tattoo. After some research, I…read morefound Brian (aka. Madsonb on IG) on IG and decided to give him a try. Believe me when I tell you that I was nervous as hell going outside my regular guy, but he would not do my sternum, so I had to find someone else. I sent Brian a few ideas that I liked and told him to use those for inspiration- I wanted the artists true work and always give my artist free range to play with my concept. Brian came up with a lotus flower idea and added some details that i liked, and he came up with something that matched my energy and meaning behind the tattoo. The sternum is not an easy tattoo to sit through, but he did his best to distract me and keep me on the table as long as possible- got it done in 2 sessions with his help.
