While legal help can be expensive, I can genuinely attest that the fees we were charged were reasonable for the service provided-the one time we had an issue with an item on the Bill, my wife spoke with Kristin's assistant Alana and straightened out the charge in a few minutes. We eventually got pulled into a Probate Case which was contested in another area of Michigan, so it wasn't convenient continuing to use Kristen's services. She provided good service to line us up with an attorney in the area of the Court who did a good job handling us and bringing the case to closure. Let's face it, dealing with Probate issues is usually about as much fun as having teeth pulled. You're often locked in contentious battle with siblings and other family and that can be pretty unpleasant-it sure was for us. Throw in that any engagement of legal services is expensive by the standards of most of us, that can make it very stressful. I finally received an intimidating email back telling me I would owe more than I paid which I was confused by seeing how I never received not one single document, and then accusing me of threatening litigation on this law firm when nothing of the sort was mentioned. Still to this day never received a single document other than that email response. No I would not hire this law firm for any representation.
