I submitted 14 pages of documents, (my printer can only print front documents), and all documents were signed and dated 7-06-2026. I was informed by Giovanni 7-07-26 that the signatures and dates were not submitted and I had to redo the paperwork. I saw the paper work and it was re-printed on both sides and no signature documentation was present. And no original signatures could be located. I had to resubmit signatures and dates again 07-07-2026. I am very frustrated that I was fibbed too and made out like a fool.

But with Kevin's help, it was a total breeze. You just upload your documents to the portal and he takes care of the rest! He reached out with a few questions to complete my returns and that was it. He uploaded all of my final documents to my portal for my records and helped me submit my returns very easily. Communication was excellent and he provided very prompt turnaround time.
