When you finally approach the teller you are frequently met by an unfriendly face: no "hello" or "welcome," as if they're doing you a favor by serving you. Their appearance, style of clothing, etc., is unbecoming. The manager, Angela Leon, has fronted many complaints about these and other issues, to no avail. Contacts to her superior, Tasha M. The only choice is to actually go down to the branch and then they will tell you that you don't have an appointment so they can't help you.
