This was the first year we used this location instead of the other PC location. They got us back really fast, and it didn't take us long at all to get our taxes completed! Maybe an hour at most. A sweet lady in the office gave our 5 year old a piece of candy for doing such a good job during our visit, which I thought was really nice. The downside to H&R in general is having to pay around $400 to get taxes filed professionally, but the upside is how fast they typically come back to our emerald card! We have been customers for years here and plan to continue using their services for years to come, it's always fast and easy for us. It's what works!
