Great service from receptionist to owner ‼ Total understanding of my taxes would highly recommend

When I lived in Florida I discovered this company through a friend. I walked in and was blown away by their warm welcome and super fast service. I had the worst of days, I owed a substantial amount of money to the IRS. I had the best of days. As I was leaving and 10 kinds of bummed out, I was thanked for my service. I kinda glared at the nice guy because I was not happy. He asked if he could take a second look and we sat down together as he checked and asked a question regarding a loan repayment. It made all the difference. Bingo! Nice refund! I continued to use their services and had some complicated situations they helped me with. I still use their services all the way from Seattle. I have been going to tax services for at least 10 years. They are always quick, professional, cordial and welcoming. I would recommend their services to anyone. Taxes are usually dreadful but I always felt comfortable while in there. This year they placed a wall so you were only able to see 2 preparers instead of a busy crew assisting each other. That was disappointing in that everyone that used to come over to say hello and welcome back are behind the wall. But, I will be back next year. Thank you John read more
