Hiring Tax & Accounting Services to do my income tax return was one of the best decisions I've made this year. I first came across the business on Yelp and included it on my shortlist of possible accountants to work with based on others' reviews. During our first Zoom video consult, Viet's friendliness, professionalism and knowledge far surpassed that of the other options I had on my list and so I immediately decided to enlist his expertise and support. His colleague Trang is also super quick + clear on communications, which was always helpful and reassuring. Viet didn't overlook anything in terms finalizing my return. Because I am self-employed it was not a super simple or straightforward filing and I am certain he helped me save a lot in terms of my owed amount and also sanity (by not having to do it myself.) His rates are completely fair and reasonable as well. Viet has 20 years of relevant experience and is very delightful to talk to. I drove all the way from Oakland to Walnut Creek for his services and I was not disappointed. He explained to me what I needed, was able to chase down a couple of documents I forgot to bring, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have been filing my taxes with HandR Block for more than a decade. My girlfriend found Viet and said the process was more than simple and found Viet to be highly professional, courteous, and kind. I scheduled an appointment and met briefly with him to review my paperwork and history.
