I've worked with Terry to fill my taxes for out of state and Federal for four years now and it's a consistent quality experience. She knows the tax laws front and back and it doesn't take her long to track down information for new situations all with the aim to keep the tax burden as low as possible for me. I really appreciate how quickly Terry works and working with her year over year only saves more time. There is always some supporting paperwork I seem to forget and Terry helps me figure out what it is and is patience as I collect it for her. Tax filing processes don't seem to be getting easier anytime soon and I recommend working with Terry if you want the peace of mind to know you'll have your taxes filed properly and with the tax burden as low as is possible. Terry was a gift from heaven. We called her a week before returns were due and she told us to come on in. We had issues with debt resolutions that we had no clue how to complete on the tax forms. She worked through this and help get a refund we never dreamed possible. Not only did she take on this years but looked back on the past three years and founds errors and helped us file amended returns. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, down to earth and willing to take go above and beyond. She is our tax preparer forever. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the work that she does.
