We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.

Joe Gandara was the first paralegal that I sat with. He was more than helpful and I walked out with more knowledge and help than I had expected! Robert Vance was the paralegal assigned to my case and he was very responsive and hands on. He followed up with me and made sure he had everything needed for my case. Mr. Bramblett is a very nice and funny man! In the middle of a stressful situation he was able to make me laugh, and relax for a moment. I felt very comfortable and confident with Mr. Bramblett. I saw him multitasking different cases, but never felt like he was dismissing me or my concerns. Watching Mr. Bramblett in action was an experience I will never forget! He said he would call me with updates on how everything was going. As of today, 2-2-24, he has NEVER called me back with updates, I've always had to call him. Last time I spoke with him in December, he told me he was going to leave the paperwork at the father's house on 1-6-24. I didn't hear from him, so I called and called, and his voicemailbox is not set up. After trying for over 2 weeks, now the phone number is disconnected. Will be driving to the office to get my paperwork back! Beware anyone who does bussiness with him!!!

I had…read morenever had to have someone served before, and not only did Cherokee Process Servers explain every step of the process to me in detail, Raymond got the person in my case served THE SAME DAY. Add the fact that we only spoke over the phone, and I provided all my content and info via email. There was tremendous opportunity for delay or mistakes, but Raymond was a true professional and handled this prickly case. And that is no small feat as this person I needed served is extremely toxic, and of course, he took some unwarranted verbal abuse from them (which is a shame as that person knows the process well since I was served by this individual in a spectacularly public fashion some years ago). But I digress. Raymond gave me a simple, but clear list of things he needed to get the job done, and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He is even able to reach out and touch military personnel, as my case is, to get them served in a timely fashion. And the best part is, he sent me the needed documents for the court as soon as possible. Again, all done virtually without ever having to meet in person, and might I add, in the apparent deathly heat of El Paso, Texas. The prices was very, very reasonable, and again, Raymond explained how it works to me, what my cost would be, and that was exactly what I paid AFTER he completed the service. I can't stress this enough -- Cherokee Process Server proved to me they are a first-class organization and are highly capable of delivering on anyone's process server needs. They are an accredited business, and Raymond is a veteran as well. There was no downside to hiring them. I am glad this office is so efficient and makes this process very easy!
