In 2012 we were a Vitim of identity theft, after spending a year going to the IRS, calling them, filling out numerous forms to prove our own identity, we were still nowhere without our tax return and having to file another year. I walked into Denise's office totally in tears not knowing what to do since the IRS was not giving us any help or our return. Denise told me what was going on with the identity theft and got in touch with the IRS who immediately set us up with a pin number and withing 3 months she helped us to fill out the the correct paperwork and we finally received our tax return from the prior year and was able to get our new year completed and filed. Dealing with the government is aggravating and very titiius. They want you to resend everything over and over, auditing every 100.00 deposit and inspecting your whole life. To make a long story short, I received my premium tax credit back and will be getting all my deductibles back I lost. that is incredible especially with the costs of surgery.
