Furthermore, we were told it was one price for our taxes but then later found out we had to pay more since he changed the way of the filing. I didn't mind the extra but I was upset that he never mentioned it would be more I just would have like to know that. Avoid this place he is extremely unprofessional and has no people skills. I have never been treated so disrespectfully for just asking for clarification on his fees. His explanation for his rudeness was he had a long day. I thought that it might be a scam. So I E-mailed Karl and his assistant Debbie at 5:14 PM on this Friday, not expecting to get an answer until at least Monday 2/6. I received an E-mail back from Karl at 6:48 this evening (less than two hours later,for those of you that are not good at math) explaining that the company had in fact changed it's DBA (Doing Business As) name since I initially signed her up and assuring me that this was NOT a phishing scam from a company that I did not recognize.
