if i could give 0 stars i would!. I dont even personally use them, i have been dealing with them for a client of mine. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone has been extremely rude since day one. After i been trying to help my client obtain a letter for almost 30 days now there just so happens to always be an excuse. Today she hung up on me! You must be a miserable lady and hate your job! This guy is only good until you get audited. I was referred to Chris Gargiulo by a friend. I used him last year and this year I was audited. I called his office and his secretary told me to send them the paperwork. Chris nor someone from is office have yet to follow up with me. I have called and emailed them and they have ghosted me. I have friends that use him as well, they called him and his staff answered the phone. He is clearly ignoring me.This service is unprofessional and I will not recommend him. If you fall into trouble just know you will be lifted alone. Run for your life. He is not here to help you, he is just here for the money. read more

What a rude jerk!!! From the second I sat down for an initial meeting he was extremely rude and abrasive. The first thing he said to me was I should probably keep doing my own taxes...without even hearing one thing about our situation. He wouldn't give me a chance to speak and kept talking over me and assuming he knew everything that I was going to say. It was the worst experience ever! Not only was he a completely disrespectful jerk to me, but the woman working for him is also a frazzled mess. After two canceled meetings and then a call a few hours before our meeting asking if I could come in now - nothing about meeting with this guy was easy or went well. To make matters worse I was actually referred to him, don't know why you'd treat anyone this way especially when you are working off of a referral. I was so angry about the meeting that it made me question the judgement of the person who referred me and won't be doing business with them either! read more
