Medisterapolese, merguez, bresolinni, were some of the meats we had to munch on outside in the square after hitting the cheese shop and bakery, a few doors down. The workers wear old school uniforms and hats to impart a time long past. Super helpful, I got into a discussion about the Medisterapolese with one butcher and I knew this place was going to be awesome. Is it weird that I can carry on a long convo with a butcher about the charcuterie arts? The meats that are usually on sale are clearly marked, but try to make it before the evening rush to get the pick of the bunch.
