My experience with them has been nothing short of frustration. I am now stuck (going on 4 months) with an appliance that has the same problem it did when I bought it and a component to it that I was charged for that has never been provided. Their response is always "it is back ordered", yet I see availability on Amazon and Lowes. Would I do business with them again, No I would not. Oh, and I checked the manufacturer as well and they show the part as being "In Stock".
