But happily, Bargain Supply had a plethora of options. We are now expecting two stoves, two refrigerators and a dishwasher next week. Ordering was easy. We walked back through aisles and aisles of hardware goods. This part of the store reminded me of Harbor Freight. The back part of the store is dedicated to appliances with many to choose from. The prices seemed more than reasonable. Along with brand-new models, they have floor models and some scratch and dent options as well. Our salesperson was helpful when picking out what to get. He made some good recommendations based on these appliances going into rentals. Bargain Supply also delivers and can take away your old units. Our appliances are set to be delivered next week. From the time…read moreI called in to the end of the service call, I really felt like they cared about our family and the situation of our washing machine not working. I called to explain my issue and the young lady that took my call was super nice and helpful. She explained the service call process fully and their expectations with payment very well. The service tech/owner, Bill showed up within the quoted 3 hour window that included a heads-up call prior. During his visit he was very thorough with his triage and diagnosis. Bill explained the problem in easy to understand terms yet expressing his knowledge of the machine. Type There ended up being quite a few items wrong with the Maytag. He quoted a very reasonable labor rate but the parts and shipping of those parts together were more or as much as a new machine. While I'm sure Bill would've liked this revenue, he recommended that we buy a new washer and not make the investment in repairing this one. I certainly appreciate the honest all around work that Bill and his team performed. They truly understand what a good business model is. Sometimes that means not making anything in the short term.
