There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself. I should have just shipped it to Italy and paid the premium. My bag is now devalued. I pointed out the issues - and they still made me pay for it!! Don't get alterations here.

They told me it would be $6 per button and they fixed 3 buttons. My jacket came out super cute and it looked better than it did straight from the store. I am highly satisfied with my service and will use them in the future for my dry cleaning needs!!
