Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I needed it done before I went on vacation and when I went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said it wasn't ready yet and they didn't even start on it yet and told me to check back the next day and they should have it done, I came back the next day they STILL didn't have it done and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They rush ordered it to get it done in an hour. I asked for a discount because of how late they were running and they said the best they could do was .50cents even though they caused a lot of stress over me trying to get my suit jacket on time. This kind of display showed me that they really do not care about the customer cause even after they said it would be done next day, they still didn't even care to start on it. I will not go here again there are better places to go. *EDITED* so the Business owner contacted me and he was very courteous and is going to re-imbues me the money for my alterations. I love when people do communicate back because it shows they care. Sometimes it takes the top people to show you that they actually do care and support their customers.

Was called "sweetie" by management and told i had to wait until the owner decides to show up and make a judgement call on how to correct the situation. Meanwhile I'm mandated to dress professionally for work with my leadership doing daily spot checks or risk job loss but this cleaners ruined over $120 worth of my work clothes and literally can't tell me when or how they intend on making me whole. It is clean, well lit, has gorgeous Christmas decorations, nice seating and tables, televisions, and everything nice I never expected to see in a laundromat! Holy Toledo this place is great!
