When we purchased the bed, we specifically discussed wanting an adjustable frame with a massage feature and were under the clear impression that the frame we selected included massage. The frames we were considering had this feature, and massage was something I specifically wanted. It wasn't until our bed was delivered that we discovered the adjustable frame we received does not have massage at all. I first tried contacting our salesperson directly to resolve the issue, but he never followed through with us. I then called Steinhafels multiple times asking to speak with a manager so I could explain what happened. Each time, I was told that I could not speak with a manager over the phone and would have to physically return to the store. The store is approximately an hour from our home, so they expect us to make a two-hour round trip just to speak with someone about an issue with a $7,800 purchase made only two weeks ago. I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I wanted a manager to listen to what happened, review our purchase and what was discussed during the sale, and help determine whether we received the wrong adjustable base or what could be done to resolve the situation. No meaningful resolution was offered despite multiple attempts to address this. Adding to my frustration, I have since found the same mattress currently advertised for approximately $600 less than what we paid just two weeks ago. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. What matters is how a company responds when a customer brings a problem to their attention. After spending approximately $7,800, I find it incredibly disappointing that I cannot even get a manager on the phone to discuss the issue. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I contacted our salesperson, called multiple times requesting a manager, and completed Steinhafels' customer survey specifically requesting to be contacted. So far, we have been offered no reasonable resolution. At this point, I deeply regret making such a large purchase from Steinhafels. I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping here get every feature discussed during the sale in writing before purchasing, because our experience trying to get help after the sale has been extremely frustrating.

Contacted the service department and came in September with wrong part. Stated part would be in, in December 2025. The condo was beautiful, except for the scary clown artwork. The condo seems to be a new build, with great appliances. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Communication with Simple Life was good. I received several emails with instructions for check in, garbage service, and check out. The condo is centrally located in Door County. The indoor pool is nice but they seemed to be making improvements to the outdoor pool, which was closed. It claimed to have a fitness center but it only had 4 pieces of equipment. The only negative things I can say about the condo was that is wasn't stocked with many necessities. I would suggest bringing your own towels. We were given 6 for 7 people. We couldn't find any dish towels. They had plenty of dinnerware but the coffee cups were tiny( more like espresso cups, so bring your own). There is a limited amount of serving dishes. We were given two dishwasher pods and laundry pods( once again, bring your own) and one roll of paper towels. There's no Kleenex provided. So while the place is lovely, just know that you will have to bring in some items. And the previous guests left there garbage in the garage. I communicated this to Simple Life and they responded immediately. I didn't want to be blamed for that. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, centrally located condo. We would stay again and use Simple Life in the future.

So, the problems started with terrible communication before we ven stepped foot into the door. I called, and called for 2 hours. No one mans there phone system, or lets say there is NO phone system. I was literally in tears, as we were hostiung a family dinner that was being catered. The caterers and I stodd outside, waiting and waiting. Finally after two hours someone called me back with a new code. Cimmunication is non existent, and I have asked them twice since our departure to have a management person call me, so I could address these problems verbally, rather than writing a negative review for them. . I tried emailing them twice after they kept asking for me to review them and the house..and no one has gotten back to me.. I never write reviews, but 7400 dollars for three nights. and no response, I need to warn other families.. Because it was our daughters wedding, I decided to splurge, and it was not easy to do so.. I had high expectations, And were very disappointed. Upon entering, the house smelled horrible, the entire place smelled of dust ad dirt, and very unpleasant. The caterers started to light the oven, upon opening the oven, it was FILTHY, looked like it hadnt been cleaned it 5 years. It was horrible to warm up our lovely food under these conditions. When we opened the cabinets to bring out glassware, there were dead flies and insects all over. The very very bad smells continued all over the upstairs too. There were old dirty wet towels in one of the showers. There was a mans pair of shoes saturated in DOG POO sitting outside the third floor balcony. Which was really gross to have to deal with . Very bad value for funds spent. WE are Wisconsin people and come and rent houses frequently in Door County, and have never had am experience like this.

I walked over to the desk and stood there for a minute and a half, without anybody even acknowledging me.! Finally two of them that were sitting down, walked over to the desk and started to look for my order. I had to step away to use the restroom when I came back, somebody had placed my order on the floor in front of the checkout desk I couldn't believe that was even happening. Someone else could've grabbed it and took it.! When I came back to the desk, nobody even told me that was my order I almost stepped on it when I approached the desk and I looked in the bag and I said oh I guess this is my order huh? And somebody said yes , she proceeded to give me my other order over-the-counter and I asked her if she could wrap up again a bunny that was laying on the floor in my bag with the whole top portion of his body and his ears exposed that were I'm surprised, not broken already because they had not bothered to make sure everything was wrapped up like it should be! You need to start over with your employees in the store. There's only one to two decent ones that I've encountered here. I would rather travel 30 minutes and go down to Appleton and get the service. I need then travel 10 minutes across town and deal with this ridiculousness!

My sales person Nick was very good, didn't rush us and we sat in many Lazy boy's and he explained how they differed. We ordered chair and had delivery and set up. All went well. No complaints on delivery. A couple months later the remote wasn't working for the chair. Service came out to find out why it wasn't working. I had unplugged the chair and when service plugged the chair in the remote worked. While the service person was at house he noticed the back cover on chair was torn so he ordered us another one. We waited for replacement about 3 weeks. In the mean time the remote stopped working again. I called service and the ordered another remote for us. So when the back of chair was fixed Service also brought the new remote and paired it with the chair. Now works great. We use it everyday and have been happy. No complaints
