I purchased from this store three times. The first two experiences were good and I had no issues…read more Unfortunately, the third was not. I had wanted a chair to match a chair I had ordered from them last year. My order came in and I went to pick it up. It was in a large box. We took the chair to our cabin and opened the box to find the wrong fabric on the chair. I was disappointed, but assumed they had just grabbed the incorrect box. We brought the chair back to Green Bay still in the box and called the store on the first day they were open. Mandy immediately became confrontational and said that this was the material I had chosen even though my previous chair was fabric and not faux leather like this one. She was not willing to take back the chair and reorder it with the correct fabric. She said they needed to charge $50 for return shipping of the chair and then she would order the correct chair. I agreed to pay the $50 just to be done with them. When I brought the chair to the store, the owner said he wasn't going to ship it back but sell it directly off the floor. They still charged me the $50. It is a reflection on them more than me. I would have placed other orders with them in the future had they not treated me this poorly. They lost all my future business and the business of those with whom I have shared this story all over $50.

We purchased furniture recently and the new chairs had issues with the fabric. After notifying…read morethis buisiness of this quality issue, we got told to then bring the furniture back for repair (we had to pay for the transportation back and then pickup). We asked about having our furniture returned and replaced with new and was ot a option. This entire purchase of this new furniture was not a nice experience. All we did was point out to the problem with the furniture and we then began to be treated negatively. Due to the long distance we traveled to purchase this furniture and how we were being negativeky treated, we chose not to travel multiple times to have this fix done by this business. We had another business repair this furiture at our own cost. We are truly dissappointed and irritated how we were treated with our purchase. Will not shop here again.

Michaela was so helpful and guided us through each piece that we were looking for offering great suggestions and listening so well to what it was we were looking for. Prices were reasonable and there were options at every price point. We ended up getting everything here for a new home and stayed within our budget.

I have bought a lot of furniture in my lifetime. I'm 70 years old. About 7 years ago I shopped…read morefor new living room furniture at Wenz and was blown away with their customer service. Several years ago I used them for staging a home we had for sale. Their selections were perfect and nothing I would have picked out myself. The sale of the home went very quickly and I'm sure the staging was a part in that. I was in the market for new living room furniture recently. I made the mistake of ordering furniture on-line. When it arrived it clearly was low quality and to return it I would have to pay shipping over $500. I'm so unhappy with it I will donate it to charity. So back to Wenz I went! Their designer was so helpful in helping me find the pieces that will be best for our space . The cost was comparable to what I mail ordered. This time I could see it in person. Lay on the sofa. And I know they will have my back if we run into any problems. Best furniture, prices and customer service is found at Wenz.

This is a unique store that offers a dazzling array of reclaimed building details, artifacts and…read morestuff you didn't know you needed but once you see it, you know you can't live without it! It's appropriately located in the historic Platten Place Building, which is in the heart of the Broadway-Dousman Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You can tell it's someplace special when you step on the mosaic tile entryway. After all, in modern construction, why have a striking and unique entryway, tiled in mosaics, when you can have a plain ol' concrete slab that's just like your driveway, without the oil spots? The screen door slams shut, pulled by a long spring like the one on Great-Grandma's screen door. Once inside, you go on sensory overload with so much eye candy you're not sure where to look next. Old light fixtures, paned windows like Pella hasn't made in decades, reclaimed doors and hardware, furniture, signs, and some new artwork by local artisans. There's even the hood from a Volkswagen Beetle hanging on the wall, like a stuffed head trophy from a hunt by Robosaurus. The shop has been open since the summer of 2018 and is an outgrowth of a design firm called Drury Design. This is the kind of place you might see featured on "This Old House" but you don't have to go to Boston, you can see it all in Green Bay. Look for the old truck doors on the sidewalk. Stop in, even if you're not doing a project and I know you'll see something you just can't live without. Bring your truck or trailer!
