    Magic truck that grows in value overnight

    AVOID! BAIT and Switch dealership!!!! Called about a new truck listed on AutoTrader for 63K. Was told it was available and sales lady confirmed the price also said they might have some "wiggle room" Made an appointment to drive THREE hours to buy the truck. On the day of my appointment got a random text asking if I was still interested and wanted additional info. I said yes, I was also asked a few random questions got immediate responses to my questions. Then she sends me just a random link I didn't ask for? Weird??? I click on it and it takes me to the NEW Autotrader Listing with my truck that Im on my way to see listed at 100K dollars!!!! I immediately texted and asked WTH was going on and guess what ??? No. more. Responses. When I called the dealership to ask for Kathleen Bodoya, my extremely honest and competent sales rep that was previously SOOO eager to text and talk to me. They send me to some jerk who amazingly knew who I was, even though I didn't give my name or state the problem?????hmmmm Was told oh yeah we listed the truck wrong thats why we reached to you, to tell you? Wait what? I called you? Nobody told me squat? Let me guess you got lots of great trucks in my price point that you can sell me though that AREN'T what I wanted? Bait and Switch at most, plain stupidity at the least. SUPER unprofessional, love the passive aggressive cowardice displayed, it was almost equal to level of incompetence they've shown today! Go you!!! They told me the truck was 62K over the phone then told me via text and called me repeatedly to make an appointment. Wanted me to drive up yesterday and buy it! Texted me out of the blue this morning and just HAPPENED to send me a link with that new BS price? 101K. A 38K dollar increase????? In summary Reallly just sad, another stereotypical shady and dishonest auto sales organization. Own your mistake Call the customer IMMEDIATELY Tell them immediately it was a misprint. Don't hide under your desk while They drive three hours to buy a truck you mistakenly told them the wrong price on. Twice. I wouldn't buy a truck from this dealership if it was 1$ let alone 63 or 100k. Do Better. Also fire whoever does your internet sales.

    If you want great sales people and great service go see these people. They're great. We had gone to 2 other Jeep dealers before we made our way to Taylor. We found that they had the best staff and prices.

    Very dishonest service! They manipulate young adults and pressure them into buyers cars with very high interest rates! Beware!!!

    What a bunch of scumbag dastardly…read more You tell my daughter that she needs hundreds of dollars worth of work when she had her 2013 CR-V in for an oil change. Work that we just paid to have done 4-22-25. Did you not do the work then? The same place that told my wife she needed brakes on the 2014 CR-V. The fact was. The brakes were only 40% wore and went another 50,000 miles before they needed to be changed. 2 out of the last 3 times we had the oil changed you shorted us 1/2 quart of oil. You owe us a quart of oil. They forgot to check the oil on.my daughters car when they picked it up. My daughter is calling back after the car sits and she checks the oil. These cars don't hold much oil to begin with. 1/2 quart is a pretty high percentage of the total. We were taught to start the vehicle to fill the filter. Shut it off. Let it sit while you lubed the doors and locks. Then check the oil and add as necessary. It's good practice to check the oil after an oil change, but you should not have to do it because some chissler is trying to chisel you out of a 1/2 quart of oil every oil change. However when the manager came over to tell me he wouldn't budge on the price of the new one giving me an excuse that's what he paid for it at auction and had to cover his dealer auction permits cost I and he wasn't making any profit. I debating on laughing in his face or saying something rude like who sells a car and doesn't make a profit. I'm one for not playing stupid games or wasting my time when you're talking almost 40000 out of my pocket. So I simply asked Joe to write everything out and I'd go over it later before making a decision. He typed everything out and was trying to be slick and added a 1500 dollar theft program into the deal and with out telling me untill I caught it. When asked about the dollar amount he showed me a flyer for added insurance for theft of the car. I started that's why I have car insurance and to remove this. He said they'd write in the deal and remove it later. Also pressing me beyond the norm of obtaining my e mail address so they can send me more junk that I don't want sent to me. Car buying is as easy and or as difficult as as the salesmen cares to make it. Due to the ridiculous comments from the manager and the lack of integrity of being up front about add on's for profit; thinking I'd sign a contract to make a commission or a few extra dollars profit, shows total lack of honesty and integrity. Treating customers like they are gullible and or stupid is just what makes car salesmen not worthy of buying a car from. as I see it, if they can't respect me and my time. Why would I spend my time purchasing a car here. As a final note if you check with the internet and other dealers you can obtain the cost of what dealers will likely pay and the original veh sticker to aid in knowing the proper price for any car. So why car salesmen lie is beyond me. due To these issues I'll be purchasing elsewhere. Good job guys, go back to car salesmen 101classes!!!!!

I decided to "drop by" after work just to get a feel for what was on the lot. I had done my research and wanted to see how the prices matched up with what was online. My salesman was incredible, even after I said to him "I'm hesitant to consider buying a car from you because you have so many lousy Yelp reviews." His answer was humble enough to get me to stay a while longer. There was no pressure placed on me to buy, whether it was now, later, or never. It was ridiculously easy to find the vehicle I wanted (this is my 4th KIA), and the entire process had me on the road in my new car in about 3 hours. Every step of the process was explained and streamlined so that I had very little to worry about. I admit, I'm not much of a haggler, so there wasn't a lot of negotiating, but I can say that my budgetary requirements were met and I ended up paying slightly less than I had in mind. Yes, I would go back. Every person working there was kind and courteous + had great senses of humor. I am writing this review now that I've owned my KIA Sportage for 3 months. It survived the winter beautifully and I have zero regrets about my purchase. Don't be swayed by the low reviews because it's too often angry and subjective. Do your research first. Note: The new name of the dealership is Phillips Auto Group of Bradley. When I was looking for a vehicle the Phillips name consistently came up as being an outstanding one by people who had purchased at Phillips, In addition to the Bradley location they also have dealerships in Frankfort, IL and Lansing, IL.

I questioned the ability to negotiate the price of the extended warranty and Shelton tried telling me that they LEGALLY cannot negotiate the price. Well, that is not true. It is their dealership policy, but that does not make it a law. Saying they can't legally do that is DECEITFUL to the customer and should be addressed as such. I talked to Walter, the general sales manager, and he didn't seem bothered by Shelton being dishonest about this. Playing it off as "not a big deal" is not a good look and is bad business. I asked about getting the deposit back that was provided to the dealership and was told it would be 10 business days because they cashed the check. However, that information was not disclosed when putting the deposit down while making a decision to move forward with purchase or not. Do better for your community and when taking care of older clientele that are easily swayed by your words and actions.

We made a u turn to at least head back to Chicago it was about 5:00 am so we're headed back home and I said let's see if there is a Nissan close to us and it was Hove Nissan. We were greeted by Clinton the assistant manager who took care of us explained to us what was wrong but not only that he offered us a loaner car if we wanted to go have breakfast but we stopped on the way to the location to wait for it to open. But he offered and that was nice. He assured us that he would do everything possible to assist us and make sure we were going to be safe either way. He was honest and said if the parts weren't there we could only move the car by tow truck only. He showed us that he cared about our safety. He and his team repaired our car and assured us that when we left their location that we would be safe and we would make our trip with no other issues. And we did car drive perfect. Thank you Hove Nissan assist manager Clinton and the team for a safe trip.     Took my car in for an oil change on Thursday. Said do them since I don't have time and majority of the time im driving in the dark( last thing I need is a ticket for no license plate lights). Kid working on my car seems to not be all there, as im sitting there waiting and watching all I hear is it's leaking, it's seeping, I get up to see what's going on. They are at the rear of my car pointing to something. I asked the guy sitting at his computer what was going on he said oh it's just the inspection there doing. I'm like ok. Maybe it's nothing. I ask another person that asked if everything was OK. I stated they said something is leaking no sure what there talking about. He found out came back told me. Supposedly I have a rear shock leaking. And it's been doing it for a while, my question was if it's been leaking for awhile how come it was not brought to my attention sooner? No straight answer, just goes to show the inspection they say they do is all bull. Worst part is they quoted me $400. for one shock never said labor rate. I'm am about done with them, I have been a faithfully customer for the last 10 years. I don't know about anyone else but my car is 6 years old basically brand new off the lot with 50,000 miles how can my shock be leaking I drive this car everyday and don't hot rod around on it​​
