I will never return to Taylor florist. I went there for funeral flowers for my brother and the women behind the counter was frustrated I was even in the store and told me to order online. The second time I went there with my family for my mother in-law's funeral and the same women was rude to us and once again annoyed with us even being in the store. She threw a book at my 17-year-old niece and said, "Pick something from here". So unprofessional and unnecessary. I had warned my family members about them, but they wanted to go since it was close to the funeral home, and everyone was exhausted. I am surprised they are still in business with how they treat customers. read more

The woman opened the door (it was locked even though it was during business hours) greeted us by saying, "here for a funeral?!" and then proceeded to be rude and inconvenienced with us spending thousands of dollars at her establishment. Terrible customer service! I sent an arrangement to a family member for Christmas, i ordered large size cost with delivery was 84.00!! It looked like something I could buy at the local grocery store. Called twice and emailed twice with no response!! I will no ever go there or recommend them to anyone. I should've listened to my first choice of The whole Bunch Flower Market in Burlington. I would not recommend this place of business to a single soul. The way I was treated and spoken to was beyond unprofessional to say the least. Yes, I work for a third party, I received an order, I went to the location to pick up the order I was given and was yelled at by the person behind the counter. So unprofessional to yell at someone who was only doing their job. Just as they are doing their job, so was I. I did not in the slightest bit deserve to be spoken to or treated the way I was, especially when I was very polite when stating I had the order. I'm sorry, but I most certainly will never conduct any further type of business with them. I did also contact the third party I work for and explained the situation to them, and they are handling things on their end as well. read more

I stopped in last week to order flowers for my 48th anniversary. Over the years, I've sent flowers many times, so I gave several explicit instructions. The color scheme, primary and secondary flowers, and fill characteristics were all quite particular. However, Taylor Florist got everything right, and added some additional highlights that were truly great. I have used Taylor Florist many times, for all the same reasons, and they did not disappoint. So many times, the national chains, and the local referral services at the end result, have delivered substandard flowers and showed limited imagination. Taylor Florist never does that. read more

When I'm sending flowers, it would be great to get the message right. I was sending a boutique for a friend running in the marathon. The card had my name spelled incorrectly, and the message said "good luck on your walk Monday"...seriously? Does that even make any sense? So disappointing, and the woman who answered could have cared less that I was calling. Customer service is everything...I say NO thank you to giving them business again.
