Years ago a friend sent me flowers and I was stunned by how beautiful the arrangement was. Since then, I will only order flowers from Tammy. Tammy is the absolute best! I have used her a few times in the past, but I had my wedding on 9/27/24 and wow did Tammy out do herself! We had a country theme, and holy cow did Randee nail her assignment! The pricing was very affordable, she did a large bridal bouquet for myself, the bouquets for my 3 bridesmaids and the boutonnieres for the guys. When I initially went into the shop for my consult, the process was simple. I spoke with Tammy and Randee, and I showed them some pictures of what I was thinking, and I was kind of all over the place hahaha but Tammy brought me back down to Earth and put me at ease for what I needed. I received the most beautiful bouquet of tulips from my friend Kara that were purchased @ Floristry. They were absolutely lovely! The presentation was pristine! You know that scene in Pretty Woman where she walks into the store and the woman working there looks down her nose and says "It's verrry expensive." That just happened to me at this store. I walked in wanting to purchase a bunch of fresh cut peonies and the girl proceeded to tell me how expensive they are and that they are a high end flower, basically trying to talk me out buying them. I am fully aware they are expensive, I can afford high end flowers with my 6 figure salary. I wanted to buy a dozen, but left shocked and will be purchasing my peonies in downtown Boston like I normally do because they're nicer looking than what you have to offer. read more

It is very rare you come across such a customer-centric business. I live out of state and procrastinated before deciding to order flowers for Mother's Day. I assumed it would've been near impossible considering the high demand and perhaps short supply of flowers because of COVID. But.. WF came thru. Tammy was extremely pleasant from the beginning. Despite been busy completing preset orders, she took mine. Understanding the supply issue, she reassured me the order would be filled. She even offered to deliver them to my parents home (they live in town) when a family member was unable to pick them up. I couldn't have been more pleased. The focus on client servicing and the quality of the flower arrangement were beyond my expectation. Kudos to Tammy for making it happen.
