Texted asking for an update and got no response. Went somewhere else and got it fixed in less than a week for nowhere near the $400 he was trying to charge me. Says he gets the parts from dealerships when in reality he just goes to AutoZone and charges you an extra $300. Everyone knows it doesn't take a month to get a part I was told was "special ordered" when he could've went to AutoZone that same week. Nobody asks for $200 to order a part unless it's a moneh grab. Huge scam that should never get money or business from anyone

I was worried about replacing the exterior windshield thinking there could now be leaks. It was suggested to go to First Glass for the replacement and I'm glad I did. They were able to replace my windshield quickly and perfectly. No leaks. Also they had to obtain the correct windshield as I have the type with video and rear view mirror specifications from my make and model. They even transferred my EZ pass. My son's rearview mirror fell off. It had clearly fallen off before and the previous owner did not…read moredo the best job of reinstalling it. He took the car in for an inspection at a local shop in town and they were pretty sure it was going to require a new windshield. Further backstory - the kid is leaving for a trip tomorrow so I was depending on the shop who did the inspection to fix the mirror so his drive would be safer. I tried calling the major chain that has a store around the corner from my house. I couldn't get through to a person after several tries. I called Auto Glass Centre about an hour before closing to inquire if it would be possible to reinstall the mirror in the current windshield. The person on the phone listened to my whole story and asked me to send my son over ASAP, which I did. They managed to get the mirror mount reinstalled, saving me a bunch of money and giving me peace of mind as my kid gets on the road for a long drive. I'll be driving across town to Auto Glass Centre if I need windows replace in my vehicles in the future. Their customer service rocks!
