I do recognize that giving such short notice to cancel is not ideal. In retaliation, they cancelled my upcoming cleaning appointment without notifying me. So I showed up, hearing whispers between the staff in the back (no one is ever at the desk to greet you). Then Dr. Overholtzer comes out and says I should seek care elsewhere. Fine. But to purposely not notify me of this prior to showing up was just petty. Also the 'consults' were over the top. It's really weird to have your dentist want to do a therapy session with you & not just take care of your teeth.

State of the art 3-d imaging is good.... but then they'll try and set up more appointments to talk about stuff you didn't go there for. And this wasn't even the worst part of it. Seems pretty scammy to me and I will not be going back.
