After finding out all the boarding resorts in Nola or Slidell were full or closed due to no power or staff I searched in MS for somewhere safe and cool for my baby to go. I found this place and the reviews seemed good. My fur baby went there in tip top shape and the cleanest bill of health( NO fleas NO illness NO wounds or problems. I called 2xs during his stay to check in and find out how things were going and nothing was once brought up!! When picked up he had multiple wounds (face and back side) and was def scared/ trembling/itching. When Wendy was questioned about what happened-she had no idea and have no explanation or discount due to the condition my dog was leaving in. We WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR FUR BABIES. Not only did I have to endure hurricane Ida's issues, but also the unprofessionalism and neglect at Webster's!!!

No idea what the dogs eat, how often they go outside, and my dog was never tired when he got home. What kills me is that they say it's upscale, but it really is not, it's dark, and you can't find out about your dog during the day, no pictures like my last place, no way of knowing what's happening. And if that really is the owner at the front desk, then he needs a new line of work because neither people nor dogs are his thing.

We asked her to come twice a week to let Marge (Golden Doodle) out, feed her, and play with her while we were at work. We also have a Great Dane who doesn't mind Connie's lovin' either. She has been an absolute saving grace to us, and the dogs love her. She texts on her way, while she's at the house, and sends pics/updates while she's there. Even leaves the TV on for them, so they don't freak out when a storm is headed our way! I can assure you that you won't regret having Connie take care of your pets.
