I was happy to discover that LA Reels was the best option in the LA area for many reasons. The customer service is top notch. The day I called, Brett immediately answered the phone. He answered all my questions, and promptly followed up with an email with their rates and information on how to move forward. Brett is polite, professional, detail oriented, not to mention a great film maker. Also, their rates are reasonable, and their payment options are easy. The scheduling was effortless. I hired Brett and his team to custom write two scenes for me. I was able to get an appointment for a brainstorming session the next day. Brett was able to conceptualize what it was I was seeking in both a comedic and dramatic scene. His writer Amanda, took the breakdown from our session and wrote two very appropriate scenes that would showcase not only my type, but my range and abilities as an actor. Film day was fun and ran efficiently. Brett's crew was hard-working, friendly. They made the entire experience on set feel high budget, while also maintaining a relaxed and supportive environment for everyone involved. The best part is, I was able to get my clips very soon after our shoot. The results of this entire process was two exceptionally produced custom demo reels to strengthen my body of work!
