I had a bad experience on July 19th but overall very clean and very nice very good vibes. Prices have gone up significantly over the years, and it's hard to justify the premium, especially for items like linen shirts that should be handled with more care. Shirts often come back over-pressed, stiff, or still stained. Most recently, I was charged $10 to launder and press a single shirt--and it came back with lint on it. That was the last straw. It feels like the attention to detail is gone, and sadly, our journey together is over. Just too much for too little in return.
