Taylors Express Towing did a fantastic job not only in towing but the follow-on paper work that was required by my insurance carrier. I had submitted for reimbursement for tow received. About 4 months after I submitted for reimbursement the insurance company denied the charges - not enough details in the receipt. I called Taylors and in less than 5 minutes I had a detailed receipt. While sitting in traffic this morning after dropping one of my children off at preschool, I was sitting in heavy traffic at a light and my 3 year old son says to me Mommy, why is that man pointing his finger at you? and I turn to see an Express Towing tow truck driver flipping me the bird and shouting F*** You B**** . Shouting it. Not sure exactly what I did to anger this man, traffic was creeping along and I am not even sure where he came from as he was no where around when I turned out of the church parking lot, but truthfully that is beside the point. This man continued to yell at me so I proceeded to take out my phone and film it, which will be posted on my facebook page today. This is clearly not who you want to pick you up while stranded on the side of the road. I was quite shaken and unsure what he was going to do next, but what angered me the most is that my son witnessed it all and began crying. Way to go Express Towing. Class Act. read more

I've never used this company but in traffic today one of their drivers tried to run me off the road and flipped me the bird and called me a jackass for trying to turn left off of Hwy 120 in Duluth. Real courteous! I guess they think they own the road because they're driving a tow truck. read more

After researching several different companies...this company gave me the lowest pick-up and per mile fee~~HOWEVER!, once they put my car on their truck..and they had my credit card information, the prices were jacked up $40.00, and I was told that I would owe that money regardless because they now have my car on their truck and have left the lot. This is CROOKED BUSINESS!!!!!! No extra charges were discussed/brought up at ANY TIME. Do not trust this company!!!!!! read more

This is the absolute WORST towing service in all of Georgia now! They lack tremendously in professionalism and response time, especially for overnight calls. Our community have been in contract with them for over 10 years, since 2005, to tow cars in violation away at the owner's expense and they never come when called now for towing calls made after 11p.m. even though they state they're open 24hrs. Since they don't take their business reputation seriously anymore and provide the type service with integrity that they use to, we will no longer give them our business. It is truly sad how people that you hire and trust to run your business can cause your business to be run in the ground. However, I fault the owner(s) for not consistently following up with their customers who helps to keep their businesses thriving! What a shame and a joke of a once great business gone to the dumps! Note to owner- the reason your business is not making money is because the overnight guy who answers your phone, or shall I say, "sends it to voicemail" causes you to miss business and money that you could be making and building your business with.
