I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Then I was told all paint would be stripped off when rebuilding and I even told what color I wanted it...exa same as when it went. The shifter doesn't line up with what's on dash. I even ordered a new linkage bar bc the one that fell out didn't look right.... The bracket where top gromit goes was not there now. So still sitting unable to move . BULLSHIT FOR around 2Grand! And I thought Glen was good people but i voiced my opinion , never ever ever ever even if they were the last transmission place on earth would I recommend ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FEMALE!!!!
