The guy who was going to do the quote for gutter guards wanted to meet so I told him any time after…read more3:30pm the next day would be fine. He said that would work. So, he showed up early in the morning and woke me up ringing my doorbell and when I didn't answer he phoned saying he was there. Annoying but he took his measurements and emailed the quote. It was much higher than I was expecting for gutter guards and it said they would "remove and reinstall". This is not necessary to simply install guards. They also promised a senior's discount which was mentioned on the quote but "forgot" to include it in the cost. I also asked for a quote for window cleaning and power washing. Strangely enough, the amount was exactly the same as the quote for the gutter guards. This is either highly suspicious or a sign of incompetence. I told them to stay away.

We had a whole laundry list of roofing related items to be done including: removing 3 old skylights…read moreand replacing them with new Velux skylights, installing snow cleats on a steep portion of our roof, installing a roof vent for a new bathroom fan, installing new gutters, some sheet metal work near some other vents and then some sheetrock repair inside near the skylights and the fan. All of the work was performed to the highest level and Elisabeth and Derek even went over and above the scope of their work to advocate for us with the rep of our roof tile manufacturer when Derek spotted something that he didn't think was right.
