A little work for me afterwards. On the outside a number of windows were left with water drops, which mad it hard to see if the window was really clean. Their answer was that it was clean water and would dry without spotting. Also windows not completely clean on the window perimeters. Lastly, they did not even take the time to put my garden hose back where it was found. But what can you expect for just $600 plus tax!

The only thing I was disappointed in, was that they left the window tracks dirty and I had been told they would do those as well. I should have looked at all the windows closer before they left. They came out and missed several windows during the initial clean and I had to go through and mark all of the missed corners. The tech that showed up used the same dirty water to wash all of the windows inside my house and got black water droplets all over my furniture, window sills, carpeting, and walls. He banged his ladder against the walls and left damage in three separate areas of my home. I had to scrub the black water droplets off my carpeting in several rooms and reclean all of the window sills after he left. For $2,000 this is absolutely insanely terrible service. Commercial buildings or outdoor windows sure... do not let these guys in your home. They powerwashed my driveway and blew all of my plant covers off the plants and didn't put them back, blew the dirty water right into the entrace of my driveway so it was immediately tracked back in within a day. I would also like to note that after i initially complained they sent the same technician back to my house "to make it right". yes, please send the same person that did a terrible job the first time back into my home and not tell me he is coming. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Again, super nice people when you meet them but they are sloppy and inconsiderate once inside your home.
