A little work for me afterwards. On the outside a number of windows were left with water drops, which mad it hard to see if the window was really clean. Their answer was that it was clean water and would dry without spotting. Also windows not completely clean on the window perimeters. Lastly, they did not even take the time to put my garden hose back where it was found. But what can you expect for just $600 plus tax!

Our new home had Saltillo tile, regular tile, and stone tile throughout. Everything was at…read moredifferent levels, and the Saltillo was beyond restoring. The Master Bath had a tiled shower that was leaking/needed to be demo'd. Clarlyle gave me a fair estimate for completely demo'ing the tile flooring and shower tile, with the caveat that it could be more expensive depending upon how the Saltillo was set. The crew arrived and began what was almost 100% dustless removal. Upon testing the Saltillo, they determined that it would be better to grind it down rather than remove it. They removed the other tile, ground and leveled the floors, then applied thinset to them so that we could live on them while we continue demo work in the house. Professional, excellent work; we usually lay our own floors, but Clarlyle was so awesome we might just have them finish the job!

After waiting for 20 months and missing two holiday seasons of being able to host family and friends, they still charged full price!
