She quoted a price and I scheduled the cleaning. When the service provider arrived, he told me that the online/phone quote was not correct, and it would be $100 more than what I was quoted. He said the "real" price per window is not what the phone/online schedulers were quoting. This is a very poor way to do business - feels like a classic "bait and switch."
