My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.

In addition, the staff of S2 has been steadfast in ensuring the protection of our equipment from viruses and those whose sole aim is to disrupt or damage the property of others. Overall, in this area, I have always remained comfortable in relying on them to prevent cyber-attacks on our systems, and I continue to be able to entrust them to resolve any difficulties that any business is bound to have on occasion. They continue to be beneficial in keeping our computers up to date, both in the Funeral Home that our family owns and directs, and my home office of which improves our efficiency by having readily available all prevalent information that may be needed 24/7. Sometimes I'll just stare at it and go, "ahhhh....I got so lucky to wander into Eddie's store." I came to Eddie and his wife due to issues with a gaming computer I bought on NewEgg. They quickly informed me that the computer had been assembled with cheap parts from Wish.com and Alibaba, an apparently common practice at NewEgg nowadays. Eddie offered two options: repairing my computer at a great price, or using it as a trade-in towards one of his masterpieces. I chose the latter option, and was pleasantly surprised by how much he offered for my trade-in. Eddie and his wife Sarah are wonderful people: patient, kind, informative, and supportive. They're also fast and efficient workers with a deep understanding of the computer world. I had a blast nerding out on gaming computer components with them before walking out with my prize.
