The owner of this business is the singularly least professional business owner I have ever met. I trying to get my computer fixed, I was looking for solutions, and his attitude was 'my way or the highway'. By the way, you may stand in an empty store front for 10 minutes before anyone comes out of the back to wait on you, and don't try to call the number on his card, the message you have to leave will not be returned. If I don't trust the person I'm paying to do work for me, that's a huge red flag. Too many other places to get your computer repaired to have to deal with this clown.

My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.
