We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye.
