I live in Crestline and had Alex do my basement (or build up as its typically called up here). The following is why I happily gave Alex 5 stars: - He was by far the most reasonable price of everyone I requested bids from - I needed this done by a time frame earlier than he was going to be available for, but he bent over backwards to get it done when I needed it by - As someone who does a lot of their own work, I'm very particular about what I want and how I want it. I would not want to work for me! lol. But Alex was a champ in putting up with all my little requests and preferences - The job was done flawlessly and way ahead of schedule - And lastly, Alex was a super easy and cool guy to work with. He's focused and there to get the job done, but still a really cool guy to talk to/work with which is always preferable when doing big construction jobs. Thanks again Alex! Now we have a place for a home gym, study, storage, and several other things!

A much needed concrete drainage system is finally completed. New support beam and posts were added below the existing deck. The job was done much faster than I expected. Alex and his crew were on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. My neighbor needed some work done while they were here, which they managed to complete along with my project. The rain won't get another season to erode the footing and the soil beneath the deck.

But…read morewe were in need of a yard maintenance/cleanup service and out of a whim we called Alpha & Omega Landscaping Service. I'm so very happy that I did. Pedro was quick to respond to our request, he came out to do the estimate...for WHAT needed to be done...it's quite a fair price for the amount of work that needs to be done. Pedro and his Crew are here today working on the property. The yard had been in need of maintenance for a long time. It's a huge lot...close to an acre and way too overwhelming for my boyfriend to keep up. I'd say to DEFINITELY contact them. You won't be disappointed !!! Thank You Pedro and Crew !!! PS... They are almost done and Pedro spotted a stump in the ground by the garage...it wasn't in the estimate...so he really didn't have to remove it...but he did anyways !!!! This man is SOOOO conscientious !!! He's AMAZING !!!

I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful. When it comes to safety, you have to pay the price, but they worked with me and I was truly satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you for the exceptional communication and great service. I will call you again. Professional, polite, and honest. I come from human resources and luxury hospitality, and honesty and transparency are by far so critical when you are looking for someone to perform work that is safety related.

Our list of corrections is incredibly long and there's no need to air out all of the dirty laundry at this point, but it's important to point out that it's been far from a good experience in having them handle a very expensive project. Nearly 2- 1/2 years of dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustrations and we are roughly a year into trying to get an important repair addressed.

Unfortunately, the project turned into a stressful, drawn-out, and disappointing experience. What was promised as a 2-3 month job took over a year to complete, primarily due to delays with the coping color and other "complications." Communication about timelines was inconsistent, and the prolonged process left our yard unusable for most of the year. To make matters worse, 15 plants died after planting, including a palm tree, which was especially frustrating given the investment. The concrete work is also poorly done. We have white powder residue, chips, cracks, and noticeable water pooling because the concrete wasn't leveled properly. When we brought this up, we were told the concrete issues were the fault of "Holiday Rock" in Adelanto, not something we should have to deal with as the customer. We also had an issue with the price changing after our agreement because they "forgot to include certain costs." Thankfully, we were able to resolve that, but it added to the overall frustration. Juan Sr. is a nice person, and the team clearly knows landscaping, but that doesn't make up for the poor results and lack of follow-through. They've come out multiple times after completion but still haven't fixed the concrete issues or addressed the dead plants adequately. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when you spend this much time and money, you expect the job to be done right. Unfortunately, in our case, it wasn't.
