I posted a review in October 2025 detailing eight months of delays and broken promises after my…read more$19,600 driveway started failing within a year of installation. After I posted, owner Jake reached out and committed in writing to either replace the failing slabs or issue a partial refund, my choice. He asked me to remove my reviews first. I did, in good faith. April came and went with zero contact from him. I had to reach out myself, at which point I informed him that two additional slabs in the center of the driveway were now showing the exact same failure... areas that are never parked on and have never seen salt. At this point I had lost confidence in his crew doing the replacement properly, so I asked for the partial refund instead so I could hire a reputable contractor. His response was to abandon the salt excuse he'd been using for months and blame a government concrete mix, telling me to contact the concrete plant myself. That is his third different explanation in 15 months. Here's the full picture from the beginning. The framing was visibly crooked before the pour. Cleanup was sloppy with concrete splattered all over my garage door and siding. By February 2025, less than a year after installation, concrete near the garage side door was literally crumbling under finger pressure, an area that never saw salt. By summer the apron was deteriorating rapidly. The foreman finally came out in July and admitted in writing the apron "shouldn't be failing like that" and that the supplier would likely cover replacement. That didn't happen. Instead I was told it must be salt damage... on a sealed driveway, surrounded by older unsealed driveways on the same street that are holding up perfectly fine. Work is subcontracted so you have no idea who actually shows up to do the job. I removed my reviews in good faith and was burned for it. Do not hire this company.
