He is very straightforward and thorough in his work. He is able to provide honest and reliable opinions of the work that needs to be done to get the job done correctly. He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price. I really wish we had found All Task Pro when we were doing all of the remodeling when we first bought the house. Although I was happy that they took care of the piping etc outside of the tank which was not in the best shape, ultimately $900 later this did not solve our pressure problem at all. I reached out to them via text with a message saying as much and telling them I had questions and would they please call me as soon as they could. They never did ... I would have let it go ... but today I came home to no water. Bottom line is that this company communicated with us in such a way as to make us believe that we absolutely needed a new tank and that was not the case. On top of it all they messed with outdoor faucet we knew was leaking but could at least cap it and use it, to the point where it is not functional at all ... another expensive total fix bc it's not removable from the outside. This company will have ended up creating a situation where they cost us more money than is necessary.

I hired this contractor in April 2025 for several home repair projects. At that point, only minimal work had been completed. On a Friday, he left around midday and never returned, even though rain was expected and much of the siding still needed to be caulked. He didn't communicate when--or if--he planned to return. I was also left with nails, boards with protruding nails, and debris scattered around my home, driveway, and patio. Given the limited progress, safety issues, and lack of communication, I felt taken advantage of and lost confidence in his ability to complete the job properly. I terminated the agreement and requested a partial refund. He declined, saying the payments were for "extras," though those had not yet been started or clearly explained. He also never responded to my follow-up email for clarification. This is my honest experience. Others may have had better results, but I strongly recommend getting everything in writing--including the scope of work, payment terms, and how any "extras" will be approved and documented.

Update to my original review:…read more Paul came back to do a much larger job for us. Paul re-plumbed 3 bathrooms, and our kitchen. Paul installed an instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen, installed all new faucets throughout our entire home, installed all new shower/tub faucets and drains for 3 bathrooms, removed and replaced 6 ceiling fans, removed 2 old satellite dishes from previous owner, fixed one cabinet, installed our new gas cooktop, and installed a new backsplash in our kitchen.
