Now I have to spend that same amount just to have the back glass redone. I've tried putting up with it since October but it's nearly everyday I'm remembered of the experience. Get what you want! I remember the reason he kept giving was "you can see better". This far in and the car has driven itself nearly all the time. I have cameras and blind spot lights as added support. So in the end, I didn't get what it wanted, it scratched within 2 weeks from a simple belt buckle, I went with a high cost business cuz it seemed worth it, but wasn't. And Texas summer is around the corner. It's just, lame to friends get a much better experience and pay $400 elsewhere. And they got the roof done too. I understand product and pricing is different. Just reference to- I can't even say I got what I wanted/asked for. Not even quality. I gave the "it looks good" response on pick up. Just to keep how unhappy I was from showing.

Went the legal route with 5% on the back and 20% in front since they were out of 15% for the front. I arrived right when they opened was told service would take about 40 mins which was kinda concerning but in actuality took about 1-2 hours which is more consistent to past tints so I wasn't tripping but would've appreciated a more realistic expectation being set. First, I was told on drop off of vehicle that it would only take one week to complete the job. After a week goes by, I wait patiently for a reply and was given no updates. I then had to reach out to see what was going on with completion. They did not even start it! So Brian tells me it will be about another week. I wait another week and again nothing. He then makes up more excuses and says the job should be done at a given date time after time to where he kept me in the dark and lacked massive amounts of communication when asking about updates on my vehicle. So fast forward 5+ multiple dates pushed back, he keeps it for a whole month and a half and still not have completed the job. Because of the inconvenience he offered to give me the full wrap on the house which was bs even though I reasoned with him and said to just give me back less than half the money back to pay the car note for the entire month I did not even have my vehicle because it was just sitting in the shop waiting to be worked on day after day. He has not still communicated with me on rectifying the situation or giving the money back that was agreed upon. I can NEVER recommend this business to anyone and now need another company to finish the crap incomplete job that he shortchanged on. He finally gets back to me and says he lost a few of his employees and if I drop the car back off on 5/20, it will 100% get done then. I give him the benefit of the doubt and agree to drop it back off. Between the time I picked my car up and the time I was supposed to drop it back off, the communication was absolutely awful. His business phone was completely off for almost a week. He finally gets back to me and says he had an "emergency" and that he will refund my money and he's sorry we couldn't make things work. I am a pretty understanding person, so I send him a nice message back & expected my money within the next few days. Here we are, a week later, and he's refusing to answer my calls/texts. The deposit is $1400, so I am not letting this go. I will be taking Brian to small claims court to get my money back, so if anyone else wants to join in on this - feel free to reach out to me. I know for a fact I am not the only one dealing with this issue. In fact, this isn't a recent issue either. That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing.
