Removed my stripes without informing me there was any risk of damage to my vehicle. The removal process caused thousands of dollars in damage to my paint. After acknowledging the damage, I was told they would make it right and at minimum refund the $400 I paid for the service. Over the course of about a month, I was repeatedly led in circles and given assurances that never happened. "Josh" personally acknowledged the damage, shook my hand, and told me he would take care of it and get me squared away. After weeks of back and forth, I was ultimately told issuing a refund would be "bad business." What's actually bad business is damaging a customer's vehicle, acknowledging responsibility, making promises, and then walking them back without attempting to make things right. I'm a United States Navy veteran and disabled veteran. I'm not trying to get over on anyone -- I simply expected accountability and honesty. I have photos of the damage and repair estimates documenting the issue. Very disappointed in how this was handled. read more

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger... just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Took my GX460 to Tim and team to get the taillights "fixed" (I did not like the stock, frosted look, and I wondered if they could simply be wrapped to change the color vs having to find a different housing altogether). BEWARE: Dealing with Tim was a terrible experience. I made an appointment to get my Lexus detailed, and received a text confirmation. I also received a text reminder that my appointment was coming up. I showed up for my appointment before work at 8 am, and no one was in at the shop. I called Tim, and got no answer. Tim reached out later that day to apologize for sleeping in, and missing his appointment. He wanted to "make things right", and I gave him the chance to do so my rebooking the appointment for two days later. Would you believe it- Tim was again a no-show! I was there promptly at 8, and he was nowhere to be found. I have not heard from him since. Day of appointment we received a call to let us know they would be a little later than expected, then a text a little later to let us know their exact time of arrival (which was greatly appreciated). Once there, they rang the doorbell to confirm what we wanted- outside detail only- and then they got right to work. They asked if there was anything specific I wanted them to focus on, with new road construction near by and having a white car there was a lot of tar I asked them to focus on. My wife was very excited to have a new car again. When my new black raptor finally arrived, I called Tim to get his opinion on the best way to protect from dirt and scratches.
