Normally this would not be an issue but there was rain expected between Wednesday and Thursday and I had carpet and padding in the dumpster so I wanted to avoid the extra weight. I expressed this to the person on the phone and she told me there's nothing they can do. I did try to cover the dumpster but obviously you can't completely cover the dumpster due to its size this was a 30 yd.³ dumpster. I ended up having to pay for at least one ton over and it was most likely due to the padding and carpet absorbing multiple nights of rain. So the price ended up being more than other competitors.

Customer service was good until I requested removal. I ordered removal per their guidelines and emailed them that I was doing this long-distance and was told neighbors were dumping stuff in it. So I emailed mailed them to get is ASAP. They emailed me to say they were running behind and would be several days late for pick-up. But not to worry for extra charges. Several weeks after they picked it up I received an email with invoice charging $125 for overage. I did not get a notice of it being over weight nor any documentation showing that it was. I spoke to the billing person who said they can't doing anything about it and my credit card was already charged.
