So we called the place to discuss it because really the contract says no refunds or warranties can be bought, but at the same time we spent a few thousand dollars and never got a chance to even use it. So the guy had his guys pick it up and worked on it and delivered it back to us like a week later. It still ended up having a leak but my husband doctored it up. I'm giving 2.5 to 3 stars, because even though you can't buy like added warranty he did try to fix it , but at the same time it still ended up leaking again, but also I still might buy something else cause as much stuff as it is inside there I'm thinking it can't all be malfunctioned, hopefully..some of the items I wouldn't be able to afford brand new. When I returned to my car, I noticed that one of the cups had a scratch on it. I walked back inside and told one of the guys, who immediately exchanged the cup for me. No questions asked! The only downside is their parking lot. The lot only has enough space for 4-5 cars and there are pallets around the entire perimeter of the lot. Since there is only one way in and out, you need to reverse out of the lot and into traffic if there is no where for you to park. While doing this, you also need to make sure you don't hit any of their pallets. Luckily, one of the employees helped direct me.
