First off they split my order to apparently up the cost. 6 times in the course of the day I tried to update my address because I was moving. T-shirt Haven't refused to do the address change. I wanted souvenir shirts to gift to international co-workers and needed the shirts within 3 days. Deborah was very sweet and accommodating. I called on Wednesday to ask if they already had preprinted souvenir type of t-shirts from LA. She offered to take a look at inventory and she even searched through their stencils. She took the time to print a sample shirt and email me a photo. I wanted a different design so I sent her inspo pic and she agreed to it right away. Terrible service. Paid for artwork for hats to be done. The finished product was subpar so we decided to take business elsewhere. The art file we PAID for was now being held hostage by Randy the owner because we no longer want to do business with them. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE a zero balance with the company and all work has been paid for. Shady business people. Inferior work, will charge high rates for subpar work. A few years ago, I created a PDF Design to put on a TShirt and TShirt Haven did a great job transferring the design onto a shirt. You can either bring in your logo and design or have TShirt Haven help design one for you. The prices are very reasonable. I was shocked by the treatment I received in the process of getting bags printed. All through the process, they overcharged me, made it difficult to make changes to my order, and ultimately charged me for a 5 color screen printing including set up fees when the final process we agreed on was an iron on heat transfer.
