So, we played as a twosome and while I was playing TCI slapped me with an $85 dollar charge for the third player not showing up. I realize now that is the policy they have but that's ridiculous. Other courses have single players play with you or just let it go because that simply happens sometimes. When you make a tee time with this place the first thing they want to know is your credit card info. I am 69 years old and I have played golf hundreds of times and this has never ever happened. TCI is way too expensive for what you get and way, way out of line with other courses in the area. My foursome of golf buddies will never play there ever. This is just ridiculous beyond ridiculous. I was wondering why TCI had plenty of tee times and now I know why. I wish I could give zero stars but one star is the lowest.

I found The Tournament Club and booked a tee time for 1:00 on Thursday May 21, 2026. Unfortunately, we ran into traffic and construction on I-80 Thursday morning, and we were not going to make our 1:00 tee time. So, I called and cancelled knowing there was a 24-hour cancellation policy. But I explained the situation to the pro shop, and he said he would plead my case to the General Manager so we wouldn't get charged $140 for not showing up. Well, they charged us for not showing up even though it was an unforeseen circumstance. I called back and asked to speak with General Manager Steven Kahler (sp) they took my number and said they would have him call me. I did not receive a call back. I called again and left a message on his personal answering machine and still did not receive a call back. I can understand charging people if they are local and just don't show up for tee times. I also looked at the afternoon tee times that day and it was wide open, so we didn't take up a tee time for someone else. For the GM to not give me a call back is a really bad look for this golf course. At least offer a rain check for another time. Because we make that drive a few times a year to see family.

That doesn't make sense as they had already put the 492.99 on our credit card and then 2 days later after we were checked in added another 100.00 charge. We have been told it will take another 2-7 days to be refunded. If we are not refunded we will contact our credit card company and The Better Business Bureau. DO NOT STAY THERE

Main crowd and families gathered between 11-2pm ... They still hadn't arrived by 1:30pm. Completely let us down ... NOT SHOWING UP at all. Got a refund but our event was ruined as we couldn't keep families at our festival long enough - kids couldn't enjoy the bounce houses. We had ordered 2 to ensure kids had something to do. They provided food, and ran the bar, and also cleaned up the room by taking down tables and making sure everything was back in order.. The staff was super helpful and treated our guests with smiles abound! I really appreciated the hard work and them going the extra mile by creating specific drinks for the event and providing awesome local craft beer and local wine at the events! They also do unique food for the events themes! Very cool people and very cool catering company! I will work with them again for sure!

The facilities are what you might expect for a seasonal dock business with public access...functional, simplistic and a little crude - not what you would find in even an average place on land. A cool place to grab a drink but not the food …read more Extremely overpriced for what you get and the quality is weak at best. Stopped by last Saturday with friends and we ordered a chicken wrap, burger, chicken nachos, two iced teas and a water, plus a tip was over $60!! Insane. My chicken nachos were probably the worst nachos I've ever had. It tasted like cold, canned chicken, not even seasoned, and the cheese was a cold, thick-consistency of Cheese Wiz; I left most of it on the plate. Super disappointing.
