Later he followed up with potential solutions. to summarize without going into great detail ....my 3.5k investment was nearly slag...(slight over dramatization) Brandon kept in constant contact ...I spoke to other members at various times ,whom all seemed praised of my pc's progress. In final ...the total cost of my repair was well below my expectations and the total culminating result of my repairs left me with a quieter upgraded version of my aging gamer ... Store often has empty shelves. Total waste. Sad, Staples should shut this store down, it hurts their brand.

Drove over an hour from the lake to have this done and the guy on the phone said he could still do it. When I arrived at the store there was a man behind the printing desk on his phone drinking a smoothie. He told me that he couldn't do it tonight because he had "closing work." It was very clearly the same guy I talked to on the phone. I didn't know closing work, involved smoothie drinking or phone time. But clearly it does to this unprofessional man. I will say this location has very nice employees during the day, it's just clear the "B team" is who works at night. Go to FedEx instead!!
