Awful company. Upgraded my phone and they sent me a defective one and sent a new one the next day…read more Said 60 days to send it back. I sent it back got an email that said I only had 15 days to send it back. Now they put a 700 plus charge on my account. Been dealing with this for a week. They Want it paid in full by today. Won't even give me two more days til payday. All because they don't want to deal with the defective phone they sent in the first place.

We ended up getting a booster for our cell phones so we can make a call if necessary, however that doesn't always work either. We did get internet via satellite which has been great! I am checking into the phone through the same company and will probably go that route as I see no point in paying for a service that is below sub standard!
